It really was incredible!! Thank you for planning this out for us again. Jade Mountain was really awesome. It rained the first two days but it didn't slow us down that much besides the Sky Suite was an attraction on its own. The view overlooking the Pitons was incredible. The last day at Jade mountain the sun came out and stayed for the rest of the trip. We took a sea taxi from a local up the coast to Sandals which was really nice. At Sandals they upgraded our room to a swim up pool room which made my wife really happy. Everyone was very nice the whole time we were there and it truly was an enjoyable honeymoon. Thanks again!
We had a wonderful vacation! It was our favorite Beaches – the room was awesome and the food was beyond our expectations for an all-inclusive. The beach was amazing. The white sand and turquoise of the water – It almost looked fake it was so beautiful!
You were right – It was the perfect resort for teens. My oldest son played volleyball for hours and made many teen connections. The younger two were busy from the moment they woke up to midnight hanging around with all their new friends.
My only complaint (which is totally out of your control) would be the airport. On the way into the country, we spent over two hours going through customs, and that was nothing compared to our departure – We were in line for almost 4 hours. The agent finally had to pull all the passengers for our flight out of line, and we still were in line for another half hour. I think I would advise your customers to travel on weekdays during spring break.
We didn’t do any excursions, except fishing and we didn’t do that through the hotel. We met a cab driver who hooked us up with a great boat and captain. We went for the day caught lots of fish and I took lots of photos!
The kids registered for the scuba diving class and certification, but cancelled last minute because they didn’t want to take time away from their new-found friends. My daughter went on the teen cruise and enjoyed it.
The golf course wasn’t in the greatest shape, but my husband and son are pretty spoiled when it comes to their golf. They did say that the staff at the course was very accommodating.
We all had our favorite restaurant and every night we had a (heated) discussion on where we should eat. I think my favorite was the restaurant in the Italian Village – I can’t think of the name – Marios??? They had the most awesome appetizers!! My husband loved Schooners and the kids liked the buffet (of course!) and The Arizona. They really were all very good, and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality – great seafood!!
Thanks for planning the perfect family vacation! I couldn’t help myself – I’ve included a couple photos we had taken by the resort
Renee,
